Declaration of Sovereignty

Introduction

The word sovereignty means many things to many people. For some people claiming a “sovereign” status is to escape the legal system whenever convenient and for others the claim realizes a privileged position at law simply because they exist.

But truly claiming your sovereignty comes with responsibilities that will strengthen your character over time and help you to become a wise free being. It is a process that parallels becoming the best version of yourself while gaining competence and wisdom to affect and benefit all.

Claiming your personal sovereignty is the initial act to your inherit inalienable right to live free and independent and without outside interference according natural law. It is the recognition of sovereign capacity that comes with birth. It is not the government or any royal that can give you that right or capacity. Nor can anybody take it away unless you agree to that.

We are living breathing sentient beings born to this planet simply to live and express life to our best abilities. To my firm knowing this live experience and this great opportunity is sacred and therefore endowed with a sacred potential or sovereign core. No more and no less.

Any creation, be it a church, institution or government, can never be more sacred than your inherit sovereignty as a free being having the full right over yourself and your choices without interference from anyone else.

Sovereignty is a fundamental concept and without individual sovereignty, we are slaves. Without true freedom and independence, we are puppets in someone's else plan.

Traditional meaning of sovereignty

Question the average person to cite examples of a sovereign and they would likely refer to a monarch, a queen or king. But these figures are no true sovereigns for they use their influence to promote ignorance while maintain in power.

Perhaps the answer would be that surely nations are sovereign because they oversee us as a nations people and provide structure to keep us safe in a supportive and noble relationship. But while that is a nice striving most nations oppress the freedoms of their people. It is in the nature of institutions and governments to grow and gain more control and that is the complete opposite of sovereignty in its higher octave.

For nations, states or monarchs to be called sovereign mean they are not controlled by outside forces. While that may be true the same principle is applicable to you and me. Either we are slaves or subjects (Latin = subiectus : lying beneath) to those institutions or we are divine and supreme beings developing an understanding of the concept of free development of body, mind and spirit.

The recognition of yourself as a sentient being that can make conscious choices is enough to explore the legitimate authority for the choices you make.

True Sovereignty

Your choices create the path upon which you learn and explore your life and as far as the path is concerned it is irrelevant if these choices are poor or good. But it is not irrelevant to you while you become more conscious of inner and outer worlds.

My own experience is that human consciousness itself is expanding all the time. We are in an awareness process that is constantly awakening. Every moment is an opportunity to contain more. To understand more. To explore more viewpoints.

The world around me seems to grown its consciousness patterns as well. Everything stumbles towards fulfilling its inherent potential. Children do that as they start to discover their own sovereignty with questions like “Who am I”, “Why am I here” and “What am I doing here”.

Notice the “I”. These explorations are truly important because it is the awakening of the child to explore itself. To explore and find out as much as possible about as much as possible.

“As much as possible” can only mean that the optimum sphere to explore the world would be a free encouraging environment of information and experiences where “free” is the key.

The aspect of “freedom” and thus the opportunity to make the right choices in life, to understand the architecture of your choice making process leads to the awakening of whether you are a sovereign human being.

It needs to be stated here that a declaration of sovereignty will not free you to do whatever you like. There have been made agreements in our social contract to start the path and respect our fellow humans but further down the road we must firmly hold the universal law and remind ourselves of characteristics that can guide us.

Here are some characteristics.

" 1. Sovereigns honor free will—they work with others honestly to negotiate clear and transparent agreements.

2. Sovereigns admit their mistakes, while also defending the truth with compassion, harmlessness, and vigilance.

3. Sovereigns seek the truth at all times, regardless of personal temptations or social pressures.

4. Sovereigns are humble in all conceivable ways, while also demonstrating courage.

5. Sovereigns always presume innocence—they never pre-judge a claim, information, a situation or person.

6. Sovereigns gain key knowledge and understanding (as much as possible) before taking an action—they gain control of their impulses that can lead to the harm of others.

7. Sovereigns maintain clear records of all their activities and provide ample notice to others, before taking action, to ensure free will is honored.

8. Sovereigns give others the benefit of the doubt and encourage the sovereignty (good faith and clean hands) in others, even when others have demonstrated malevolence—sovereigns practice forgiveness. However, they are not foolish or unwise when dishonor has been discovered in another.

9. Sovereigns defend themselves and others from harm—with force if necessary—but never through open acts of aggression.

10. Sovereigns are never the aggressor—they always avoid violence and harm in favor of diplomacy and cooperation—they recognize the crucial importance of free speech.

11. Sovereigns will not take advantage of others—the notion of voluntary slavery is abhorrent to sovereigns.

12. Sovereigns listen honestly and fairly, before issuing judgement—and always keep an open mind so as to gain more knowledge for reevaluation of past conclusions made.

13. Sovereigns never make excuses, tell lies, or hide the truth to avoid justice from their wrongdoing—although they clearly reveal the truth about what happened in defense of the truth.

14. Sovereigns proactively apologize, pay recompense, or sacrifice ego and prestige when they have made a mistake or done harm. They always seek to restore trust, honor, and fellowship, even with their “enemies.”

15. Sovereigns never claim victim status (avoiding responsibility by citing an external cause), while also recognizing that they didn’t necessarily create a harmful situation.

16. Sovereigns defend the rights of all people, even those who have harmed or caused damage to the sovereign or others.

17. Sovereigns never use excessive force, threats of violence or coercion to get their way. They would rather abandon a pursuit to avoid harming others. "

Why Declare?

Once you notice the awakening to this concept of sovereignty you should declare it because without the declaration there is only the potential without the creation. You are a creator, an explorer, the one that needs to find awnsers to questions that matter. And the “You” can only do that if that sovereignty is made known universally.

That is why important declarations have a certain date and time. They are read out loud for everyone to hear. Just like marriages, peace treaties, religious acts and declarations of independence are put in words, read out loud and signed to set in motion that what has been declared so must we, must I, must you declare what is most precious declaring. The ancients knew this and we know this.

There is no tribe, nation, or universal law that can oppose the fact that I am conscious of my being and therefore *must* declare my own sovereignty.

And therefore I just have to comply to the rule of expressing my declaration of sovereignty to the Universe. On paper, digital or out loud, spoken with the intention “that it is so”.

One could label this mere philosophical but the plain fact remains: "It is not so until I declare it so".

And in doing so, my declaration adds a complete new game level with new options in making new paths and have better perspectives. Perspectives that bring into focus new viewpoints and understanding open for exploration in a changing world.

A true declaration of sovereignty sets me free. It declares my freedom, first as an emerging idea, then in the mind and finally in the real world. The very act of your declaration makes a difference and I will explain that elsewhere in my work.

As I confirm my beingness, my consciousness, my awareness and thus my sovereignty this frees me of the consensus group while it forces me to think for myself. The declaration is now a sacred intention for the full cosmos to take into account and that sets things in motion.

But make no mistake. While on one hand your declaration sets you free, it also poses you to live and cope with its consequences and your responsibilities. To declare is only the beginning to walk your talk and start implementing the consequences to the characteristics listed above.

But now we have a plan and that is exactly what we need.

Declaration of Sovereignty

Personal Sovereignty Fundament

I, Hendrikus Antonius Carolus Theodorus Willemsen, hereby declare my own fundamental sovereignty. I base this declaration on the right and the need to be free. The right and the need to declare this are rooted in my own consciousness. I am aware of my consciousness as a human being and this very fact in itself gives me the universal right to declare my universal freedom as a human being. I am not temporary sovereign because here and now I declare my Universal sovereignty. In stating my universal sovereignty I make it valid through time, space and dimensions in all eternity. And so it shall be.

Human Sovereignty Fundament

I acknowledge the sovereignty of my fellow human beings on this planet Earth. I consider all humans as equally endowed with the sacred and divine right of consciousness and I hereby acknowledge the sovereignty of all human beings on planet Earth. The declaration of sovereignty of all humans on planet Earth include the right to live as a free race. The declaration of sovereignty of all humans on planet Earth include the right of self determination. The declaration of sovereignty of all humans on planet Earth include the right to pursue the seeking of the truth. The declaration of sovereignty of all humans on planet Earth include the right to life without any oppression either knowingly or un-knowingly. And so it shall be.

Planetary Sovereignty Fundament

I consider and declare the planet Earth as humanity’s Planet of Genesis. I consider and declare planet Earth as our Home World. I consider it my and the duty of all humankind to sustain and nurture this planet Earth in order to preserve it for generations to come. The sovereignty declaration of all humans on planet Earth includes the absolute right to Self Government and absolute independence from any non-Earth force or non-Human force on any level physical, genetically, mental, psychological, dimensional or otherwise imposable. Herewith it is now the sacred right and duty of humankind to declare and defend our sovereignty, our freedom, and our independence from all off world/ non-earth/extraterrestrial forces with any means nessesary. I consider and declare it our rightful responsibility to not only defend these fundamental rights but also give and assist other beings in receiving the exact same sovereignty rights whenever just and possible. Before the total consciousness of the Universe, I consider us, the people of the Earth to have submitted these fundamental rights into creation for both ourselves and our Home planet Earth. And so it shall be.

Universal Sovereignty Fundament

I acknowledge the sovereignty of all off world races everywhere in the Universe and I will make a stand to approach and relate with them with all justice and wisdom available. I will do so here on Earth and throughout any dimensions in the Universe. We claim the right to travel and explore our planetary sphere, our Solar System as well as any universal dimension without interference or restraint from any off world forces. We claim to have the right to deny any off world forces to access this Solar System. Any off world/non-earth/extraterrestrial forces are herewith obliged by universal law to respect our planetary Sovereignty and always provide full disclosure of any of their actions and operations whether in the past, in the now or planned in the future. We consider and declare all previous non transparent treaties between humans and off world/non-earth/extraterrestrial forces void and suspended. Our Sovereignty before the Universe demands full transparancy of any interactions between both parties on any level. We hereby declare that our intention is not to conquest or dominate any dimensions in the Universe. The declaration of our rights and privileges we affirm for ourselves. We also affirm sovereignty for all races of beings whom we might encounter. And so it shall be.
